2. Comforter only are comforters not sets. Shams and skirts are sold separately for these emsembles.
3. A min. 50% deposit is required on all orders. Remaining 50% is charged when order ships.Orders under $500.00
are charged during intial order.
4. Not all items are in stock. Items not in stock usually take between 2 and 4 weeks to ship out depending on
vendor, season and fabric availability.

All irregulars and closeouts are sold as-is. All items are boxed in our warehouse. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days to return purchases from the date you receive it. Linen Locker will not pay for return shipping of any closeout or irregular item. No exceptions. All returns must have a return authorization number. Returns are charged $10.00 to cover Linen Lockers restocking costs.
What is an irregular?
Irregulars are items that do not pass quality tests. If flaws are found in fabric, construction, or the color finish; items are discounted and sold as irregulars. Such imperfections are small and often difficult to find.

What are closeouts?
Closeouts are items that the factory has stopped making. Closeouts are sold at discounted prices because the factory can no longer make additional items. Closeout have no imperfections and are 1st quality.
At Linen Locker, our irregular items and closeouts sell quickly. We make every effort to remove products that have sold out as soon as possible. After these items have been sold, you may not be able to find the items again at Linen Lockers low prices.
