Sonnet as you can see has bright orange, brown and aqua hughes of color. So hip and so 80’s (which is back, but with a more contemporary look) Sonnet has a companion quilt by April Cornell called, Poetry. It shares the same 18” drop bed skirt, euro shams, draperies, valance, and decorative pillows. The difference in the two quilts is Sonnet is filled with lovely quilted patches, and Poetry is a solid running pattern. For a change, why not purchase both? For a layered look, Choco Brown Matelasse’ can be used as a quilt under Sonnet, or Poetry. To break up some of the pattern, the brown Matelasse’ could be used folded at the foot of the bed. What ever your choice, it will be a good one when using April Cornell Designs!
