Hello! This is a thank you note that is long over due.
A good while ago (perhaps a couple of years although I know
from my notes it was in June of the year!) I need to replace
the tie-backs for Croscill's Cotswold draperies and contacted
the Linen Locker at 251-338-2638.I was helped by a person named Judy
who was not only very pleasant and polite but who arranged for me to
receive the tie backs - which I did - at NO COST. It is unclear to me whether these tie backs came from Linen Locker or
whether she contacted the Croscill company itself. All I know is that they arrived
in the mail in a timely fashion at no cost to me. I have had a note for quite
some time to remind me to write this letter thanking her and complimenting both her
and the company for such personal and caring service. If I am very lucky, she is still
working there to receive this compliment. If not, then the company still deserves my
thanks for the service of a caring and competent employee.

Just a note to Thank You for the superior service you have rendered me in my recent order. I asked for a Sogno duvet cover & accessories where the company could not guarantee delivery. As I was taking them to my daughter in Australia, I was unsure what to do. Your assistance and the support of the owner to ship directly to my daughter in Australia was an incredible suprise! The linens were delivered yesterday---one day before I board the plane to go there myself!
