Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

  • For all out of state customers, no tax is charged and for all orders over $200.00, shipping is free within the Continental 48 states.We use U.S. Postal Service on shipments to Hi, Ak and Canada. The flat rate is $30.00.This rate does not include any payment of Duties or Customs Fees, Customer is responsible for those.
  • For Alabama residents, outside of Mobile county, tax rate is 4%.Within Mobile county rate is 9%.
  • For orders under $200.00 shipping is determined by dollor purchase amounrt and the chart is listed below.. We will ship your product within 36 hours of your order if we have it in stock. If we do not have your item in stock we will order it from our vendor and ship it out to you. Depending on the vendor, shipping time can be 1-6 weeks.
  • Normal shipping is UPS or U.S. postal service on all orders from the 48 continental states.For Military personnel, we do ship to APO addresses($30.00 fee). Call for rates on air shipments, or rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or international destinations.
  • Please call for any shipment not received within a reasonable amount of time and it will be tracked immediately. 

Return Policy:

Call Linen Locker at 1-800-849-7317 to get a return authorization code number.

  •  Any merchandise returned or exchanged without an authorization code will be charged a 25% restocking fee. In stock, ready made merchandise may be returned within 30 days for exchange, refund, or credit on your credit card in accordance with original payment method included, less shipping costs incurred by Linen Locker. If the item was shipped to you at no charge, the actual shipping costs incurred by Linen Locker for the merchandise will be deducted from the refund.
  • Items returned after 30 days of customer receipt will not be accepted for return. Product must be in new condition in manufacturer's packaging with all labels attached. Please include copy of sales receipt with the return. Special orders of items that are not usually stocked, fabric, custom orders, opened sheets, and wallborders are not returnable.
  • Health department regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of bedding including sheets, duvets, mattress pads, bed pillows, or pillow cases for return or credit.
  • All website images represent our products to the best of our ability within the spectrums depending on monitors, settings, video cards, etc. We cannot guarantee that the image you see accurately depicts the actual product texture, colors, or patterns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Linen Locker is not responsible for any typographical errors including descriptions and pricing errors.If a product is quoted by Linen Locker, Inc, salesperson at an incorrect price or due to a typographical pricing error, Linen Locker, Inc. will have the right to refuse or cancel any such order, whether or not the order has been charged to the customer's account.If the credit card has been charged, a credit will be issues for the full amount of the purchase.
