What are your return policies?

We want customers to be satisfied with every purchase from Linen Locker. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, less our shipping charge ($10.00). Before you return an item, call our store toll free at 1-800-849-7317 and we will issue a return authorization number. The item must be returned in orginal package with all paperwork and parts included.  Opened sheets, pillowcases and bed pillows cannot be returned, due to health concerns. If your shipment is damaged or defective give is a call at 1-800-849-7317. We will replace the item, in a timely manner. No additional shipping charges will be applied, your account will be credited as soon as we receive the returned merchandise.
