Today's urban homeowners are living with bold, open floor plans and vast expanses of windows requiring window coverings that set the mood in large spaces.  Hunter Douglas is responding to this need by introducing Skyline Gliding Window Panels- an amazing new solution for windows of all sizes, and sleek new window fashions that are an evolution in light and style. Surpassing all existing products in the market with their sleek, modern style offers a large array of fabrics and privacy levels plus their unique handrail system.  Perhaps the greatest advantage is the proprietary two channel, single track system that allows for an infinite number of panels to be attached to one 2 1/2 handrail while maintaining superior stacking capabilities and maximized view.  Their fashion forward fabrics and privacy levels appeal to designers and consumers alike.  Skyline fabrics are grouped into five fabric categories to assist in the selection process: screens, sheers, semi opaques, opaques, and naturals or woven grasses.  Opaque fabrics are room darkening, semi-opaques and naturals allow some light to enter the room, while sheers and screens allow the most amount of light to enter the room.  The diversity of the skyline fabric offering caters to almost any home decor from an urban look and appeal to traditional suburban settings.  In total, Skyline panels come in 187 distinctive fabric styles and colors!

Hunter Douglas Skyline window panels are available in two panel widths 11 1/2  or 17 ", to promote uniformity from window to window, and can be made with left or right facing panels to best direct the way light will enter the room.  An innovative bottom weight easily snaps together on the bottom back side of each panel for added panel stability and to prevent tangling while being traversed.  The headrail, bottom weight, optional 1 7/8 valance cord, and cord tension are offered in eight colors that coordinate with our selection of gorgeous fabrics.
