3. A min. 50% deposit is required on all orders. Remaining 50% is charged when order ships.

Puffed Out Fish is framed with a mossy green line. A larger, outside border has colors of seafoam blue and sea-green, with little blue dots (or bubbles!) along the top and bottom.
